Must sign rental agreement upon booking Must submit a $1500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no smoking and no parties Pets must be pre-approved and requires a $250 pet fee, if you don't include pets you will be charged separately. Send us a message fully describing pet; breed, age, habits etc. I respond very timely. Non approved pets considered a violation resulting in loss of reservation. Cannot get on furniture or bedding. Must be up to date on shots and groomed just prior to arrival. All pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside of the property. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Pets miss their owners when you are gone; please remember to crate when you leave. Guests must notify the host of any damage caused by their pets and will be responsible for any repairs or replacement costs. Guests are responsible for any injuries caused by their pets to other guests or the host's property. The host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if excessive pet hair or other pet-related messes are left behind.
