Terms & Conditions for Paradise Property Vacation Rentals

Welcome to Paradise Property Vacation Rentals. By booking and staying at our properties, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment

1. Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the booking deposit, which is 50% of the total rental amount.
2. Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
3. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any damages or excessive cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will not receive a refund.

Check-In and Check-Out

1. Check-In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
2. Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
3. Identification: Guests must present a valid ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.

Occupancy and Use

1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the property listing. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction.
2. Parties and Events: No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed without prior written permission.
3. Noise: Guests must respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Property Care

1. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest.
2. Cleanliness: Guests must leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking in designated outdoor areas is allowed.

Liability and Insurance

1. Personal Belongings: Paradise Property Vacation Rentals is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
2. Injuries: Guests agree to hold harmless Paradise Property Vacation Rentals for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property during their stay.

Pets

1. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only in properties designated as pet-friendly. Guests must notify us at the time of booking if they are bringing pets.
2. Pet Care: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage or disturb neighbors.

Additional Policies

1. House Rules: Guests must adhere to the house rules provided in the property listing and at the property.
2. Compliance: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
